Alkaline metal pulls out all the stop to ensure New Rules was a success and he didn't disappoint.

The Vendetta association leader pulls a massive crowd to the National Stadium Machine Park in St Andrew on Saturday for his beginning live operation on Jamaican soil in three years. Alkaline performed a well received set signalling his huge popularity in the local dancehall scene. But he tin can't take all the credit for the prove'south success since the promoters did a bang-up chore in putting together a complete package for the thousands of fans who turned out to the venue.

Other artists who performed on Saturday night all delivered well received sets. Some fans may fence that Mavado might take had the best night with a powerhouse ready and fifty-fifty took the stage with his "Goodbye" collaborator to perform that single. Jahmiel, Shaggy, Tarrus Riley and I-Octane were all in fine class. Every creative person came prepared to deliver and they all delivered, and the show was a great experience for patrons.

Alkaline is expected to perform in Jamaica once again for the 2022 staging of Reggae Sumfest in Montego Bay this summer. Mavado has also returned to Jamaican soil over the last yr and is expected to perform at the event.
